Olivia Sturgiss is just a regular 19-year-old Australian except for the fact that people often mistake her for Taylor Swift. Her mother recently died of uterine cancer and Taylor got a hold of the news via Tumblr. Sturgiss also admitted that Swift’s song ‘The Best Day’ got her through it.
Swift gave her condolences in person at the exclusive backstage afterparty, Loft ’89 during her Melbourne show. Sturgiss’ friend Kristy Lee uploaded Instagram pictures displaying just how similar the pair look.
Sturgiss told Daily Mail “I got my hair cut consciously like hers, but everything else is just sort of coincidental.” “I think it’s just the facial structure. I’ve got small eyes and bigger lips like her.”
