Dance Moms fans, Abby Lee Miller may have been released from prison, but she’s not a free woman yet!
Miller has recently been transferred from the FCI Victorville prison in California to a halfway house in the Long Beach area for further rehabilitation.
With her release date moved earlier to May 25, it is expected that Miller will serve the remainder of her term at the house and must regularly report to a probation officer within the federal judicial court. Living arrangements and conditions will be organised for the time being.
Miller was sentenced to one year and one day in prison after pleading guilty to the charge of concealing bankruptcy assets and to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction.
