Demi Lovato has been rushed to hospital after suffering an apparent drug overdose.
TMZ reports that the pop star was transported from her Hollywood Hills home to an undisclosed medical facility.
A law enforcement source told the tabloid news website the singer was found unconscious before being given Narcan, an emergency medication to reverse the effects of a narcotic overdose.
According to People, former Disney star in a stable condition. Her aunt, Kerissa Dunn, posted on social media that Demi is “awake and responsive.”

The ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ singer has been open for years about her substance abuse issues from alcohol, cocaine and Oxycontin.
She previously spoke about living in a “sober” home after being released from rehab.
The entertainer said in March that she was celebrating six years of sobriety.
Last month Demi released a song titled “Sober”, she sings: “Mommy, I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore. And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor.”
The song ends with the lines: “I’m sorry that I’m here again, I promise I’ll get help/It wasn’t my intention, I’m sorry to myself.”
Demi was next scheduled to perform on Thursday in Atlantic City, New Jersey, but her appearance has reportedly been cancelled.
