It’s Kim Kardashian and Kayne’s third wedding anniversary! That means it’s been three years since Jaden Smith wore that creepy white Batman suit to their wedding reception.
The couple got hitched in 2014 at Florence’s Forte di Belvedere with a star-studded guest list, lavish floral arrangements, and white marble decorations, as well as a serenade from Andrea Bocelli.
To celebrate the milestone, Kim shared behind the scenes photos on her website from her dress fitting with Riccardo Tisci, Givenchy’s Creative Director. Her stunning lace wedding ensemble included an illusion waist, long sleeves, and an extremely large veil.
One picture features their daughter North in her dress that matched her mother’s with lace short sleeves and a satin belt.
Their precious child North was only 1 at the time. Now she’s a sassy 3 year old with a baby brother, Saint.
Kimye had a rough time late last year when in October, Kim was robbed at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week. Kanye was mid-concert when he flew to his wife’s side. Kim took the ordeal as a lesson to avoid showing off a life of excess and to appreciate family and friends.
Then in November, Kanye was hospitalised for emotional and mental exhaustion around the date that marked nine years since his mother’s passing. It’s nice to see that the glamorous couple have moved onto happier times.
Just yesterday, the couple were spotted having lunch in Malibu at Nobu. Kanye is a busy man with rumours of an upcoming album. But if the wedding and the proposal are anything to go by, he probably has something special planned! Kanye is known for his outspoken online presence but after deleting his Twitter and Instagram accounts earlier this month, we will just have to wait and see.
