Whip out your champagne flutes and get all your friends together because our favourite talk show host, Graham Norton, has just released a new Prosecco. Norton released the beverage in collaboration with the award winning Invivo Wines, who have been making wine since 2007.
Invivo Wines are a New Zealand based company, who specialise in sparkling wines. The company have spent the last month collaborating with Graham Norton, with the most recent addition to the collection landing in Australia this week. The collection also features a Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and a Shiraz.
Invivo Wines launched the new product in Sydney yesterday, at chef Matt Moran’s restaurant, Chiswick. Influencers and foodies gathered together to test the prosecco and share their love of good food and good wine. In what was a glamourous feast, the food was also infused with the new prosecco! The menu included Zucchini flowers with prosecco split ricotta, Ora King Salmon prosecco escabeche, and even a Strawberry and prosecco sorbet.
With Summer getting closer and closer, and the temptation of garden parties and day drinking looming, we cannot wait to get out hands on this amazing new drink.
