The world is changing, and apparently EA Games is right up there with the best of them keeping up to date with the changing way gender is perceived in society. As of recently, you can customise every aspect of your Sims character without gender restrictions. This Twitter user shows us what the new settings look like.

Allegedly, the update took almost a year to make, while the developers interacted with their user base and teamed up with GLAAD to make sure it was as realistic and respectful as possible.
In all honesty, I do have Sims 4, but I also mostly use it to make recreations of my exes and lock them in a room so I can watch them pee themselves to death. Sometimes I light them on fire. It really depends on my mood.
