Nelly has found himself in a bit of a pickle with the rapper owing the IRS (US Tax Agency) a cool $2.4 million and the Missouri Department of Revenue almost $150K in unpaid taxes.
But Nelly can stress less as his fans are coming to the rescue, pledging they will play and stream his track ‘Hot in Herre‘ the 287,176,547 times it needs to be played for the rapper to get the royalties he needs to get out of this dilemma.
The hashtag #SaveNelly is trending on Twitter in a bid to help spread the word, as fans want to see their man debt free for all the banger tunes he has produced over the years.
So get playing…
