Angelina Jolie is reportedly at risk of losing physical custody of her six children to estranged husband, Brad Pitt.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge in the divorce proceedings determined that “not having a relationship with their father” would be “harmful” to the former couple’s children: Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 9-year old twins Vivienne and Knox.
The judge adds that “it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother.”
The court documents state that if the Maleficent actress refuses to allow her children to see their father, she could lose physical custody of the children.
Furthermore, the judge instructed Jolie provide The Fight Club actor the mobile phone numbers of each child and allow him to call them anytime.
The judge clarifies that Jolie is not allowed see to their texts to their father or secretly monitor his calls in any way.
Jolie filed for divorce from the Ocean’s Eleven star in 2016, claiming the separation was “for the health of the family.”
Pitt was accused of child abuse over an incident aboard a private plane.
The FBI and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services cleared the A-list actor of the allegations.
