Blue Ivy the cute 4-year-old daughter of Beyonce and Jay Z celebrated her birthday in January but Queen B has just uploaded the pics now. The fairy princess themed party was a sight full of flowers, glitter and some Hunger Games cross Barbie inspired bow and arrow fun.
