‘Dan from Optus’ has already received nominations for Australian of the Year for his polite and legendary responses to some rude and uneducated Australians. Late last year Optus received many complaints for Arabic signage in their stores in large Arabic-speaking locations, like Casula.
The signs were taken down but some customers felt the need to voice their complaints on social media. However ‘Dan from Optus’ was able to brilliantly respond with the truth they were not expecting to face.
