Golden Globe winning Actor, Comedian & Musician Donald Glover AKA Childish Gambino announced on Monday that he will be heading to Australia.
Glover will be performing at this year’s Spilt Milk Festival in Canberra as well as three shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Following the release of his previous albums Camp (2011), Because the Internet (2013) and Awaken, My Love! (2016), fans have been awaiting a new fourth album.
Young Thug, a rapper who provided background vocals for Childish Gambino’s ‘This Is America,’ revealed in an interview with Spotify that the fourth album was to be his last.

Glover had previously announced his plans to finish producing music but after his 2018 Grammy win for the song ‘Redbone,’ fans hoped he might reconsider.
At the Grammys Backstage Interview he stood by his bringing an end to Childish Gambino stating:
“I like endings, and I think they’re important to progress, I think if a lot of things had death clauses in them we wouldn’t have a lot of problems in the world… I think endings are good because they force things to get better.”
