A dance class in the US recently had a princess dress up day, and a little girl came in a hot dog costume, because damn if you’re going to tell her a hot dog isn’t a princess.
It was princess day at dance and one little girl came as a hot dog I have never admired someone more pic.twitter.com/iro5mL2Bvc

We are literally so proud of this child, and if we’re being honest, a little bit jealous. I wish at her age I’d had the foresight to come dressed to a princess dress-up day as a hot dog, and be forever remembered as a true legend.
Her dad tweeted his support, making sure the world knew that no one picked out her outfit for her, she chose it herself.
No parent is ready to learn that their daughter is trending… #hotdogprincess Best part is it was all her idea! pic.twitter.com/YBmUkRoj4y

Sarah Nativi, one of the teachers, spoke to Buzzfeed about the whole thing.
“Well, the last few weeks of dance class we let the girls dress up and this week was princess week so we were expecting all of the girls to come in their princess dresses.
When [Ainsley] got there everyone was so surprised but we loved it and thought it was great that she wanted to wear a hotdog costume. We all took pictures because we thought it was funny that she came to princess week as a hot dog.”
Thank you, Ainsley, for gracing our newsfeed with pictures of you in a hot dog costume while your friends were dressed as princesses.
