Although the dramatic divorce between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie was publicly messy, there is still a lot we don’t know about the cause for the split or why it got so nasty so quickly.
Luckily for gossip-lovers, an “explosive” documentary will reveal what really happened behind the scenes. The documentary, titled ‘Broken: The Incredible Story of Brangelina’, will tell the story of Brad and Ange’s high profile marriage and it’s fiery breakdown.
Writer and filmmaker Ian Halperin will detail the high and lows of Brangelina, which allegedly uncovers a lot of secrets. Halperin has followed Brad and Ange’s relationship closely, and wrote a best-selling book in 2009 that charted their love story. In his book, he also predicted that the couple would split seven years later, which is obviously true. So he seems like the perfect guy to write this story and give it the explosive edge it needs.
The film apparently includes the shocking revelation that Brangelina were estranged for over a year before announcing their split. A source told The Sun that Halperin’s team have acquired some unseen footage and interviews, which will shed light on the private side of their relationship and the reasons it broke down.
The intimate details of Brangelina’s romance will be aired worldwide, after Content Media Corporation won the rights to the film. There are no dates for the release yet, but we’re very intrigued.
