In anticipation of his upcoming album SWISH, Kanye West yesterday released a new song ‘No More Parties in L.A’ featuring, a first-time collaboration with rapper Kendrick Lamar.
The release comes as a surprise to fans, with West breaking the news via an unassuming tweet.

West employed a similar tactic in the lead up to the release of his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (2010). The strategy labelled ‘G.O.O.D Fridays’ saw Kanye drop a new (FREE) song every Friday in the lead up to the albums release. With SWISH due out February 11, you can anticipate another couple of ‘surprises’ before then.
Although slightly delayed (yesterday being Monday) you won’t hear any complaints from us… New Kanye comes as a perfect cure for the Monday blues.
