Emma Watson has admitted that she has a crush on her beastly co-star in her new film Beauty and the Beast. However, unlike most of us thirsting after Dan Stevens as the Beast, Emma has the hots for his cursed animal form.
In an interview, Watson admitted that she thinks her co-star is hot before his magical transformation. She admitted that the human form doesn’t quite compare to his beastly self.
Poor Dan! Hopefully, he’s taking it as a compliment. Emma told Yahoo News on the Beauty and the Beast red carpet about her feelings in no uncertain terms.
I mean, we guess being attracted to an anthropomorphic Beast is the whole storyline of your latest film, but y’know, it’s still a bit odd.
It doesn’t stop there, however. Emma Watson has gone even further saying that she also had a crush on the lion Aslan from the Chronicles of Narnia films.
“Aslan is hot. Is that wrong? Is that okay? Probably not… No… It’s not okay… I’m getting shaking heads,” the star asks after her confession.
Emma then adds: “It happens. Sometimes animals in films are hot, I don’t know what to say.”
Who knows if she’s attracted to Liam Neeson, who voices Aslan in the films, or the lion himself, but we’re really hoping it’s his voice.
After Eddie Redmayne’s confession that his first crush was Nala from The Lion King, we can’t say we’re that surprised about this tendency. But who knew Emma Watson was so thirsty?
