We haven’t been the same since he left One Direction and tore our hearts to shreds. But now we might have to forgive Zayn Malik because it looks like the 23-year-old will soon show the world what really makes him beautiful.
That’s right, it’s just been announced the singer will be releasing an “intimate and raw scrapbook of his life.” In other words, we’re being treated to an autobiography, people!
Zayn and his publishers, Penguin Random House made the announcement together in a press release on Wednesday. Sources revealed the singer is “ecstatic” about putting his life in print at such a young age.
“I’m going to show you as much as I can so that you can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says,” Malik said, “which will include previously unseen personal photographs, as well as personal stories and drawings.”
The publishers revealed things along the same line, but they also added that “after five years of massive success with One Direction, Zayn launched his career as a solo artist with Mind of Mine, becoming one of the most successful artists in the world. Now, for the first time ever, Zayn is going to tell and show all in this intimate and raw scrapbook of his life.”
The book will be titled Zayn and will be released on 1 November. Even though it’s set to resemble a scrapbook more than a typical autobiography, we aren’t complaining. After all, we get to see exclusive personal photos of the star and read his personal stories. We just hope it’s full of behind the scenes 1D goss!
Either way, we’re just glad Zayn seems to be doing better now. He’s cancelled a few shows this year due to anxiety and self esteem issues. Understandably, we’ve been pretty worried.
