Last week rumours circulated that Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid called it quits. The couple is really keeping us on our toes about whether or not the split is 100%. Gigi uploaded a snapchat of herself singing Pillowtalk over the weekend. Let’s not forget that this is the song where Gigi starred in the hot and heavy film clip for it with Zayn. So our guesses are either Gigi has a kinda weird but funny sense of humour or maybe she’s trying to win back her man. She was also spotted wearing her ‘G&Z’ necklace on a girls night out in Hollywood over the weekend.
The Victoria’s Secret model also picked up an award for “Our New Girlfriend” at Spike TV’s Guy Choice Awards over the weekend. Not that any of us would probably be in her position, but seriously WTF are you supposed to say in an acceptance speech for this award.
Gigi said she called her friend for advice, “I called a friend and was like, ‘What do I say that’s funny?’’ And she was like, ‘Try and think of like, something that you did [that was] mean to a crush in middle school and try to make a joke about that.’ I was like, you know what? I have always been like, kind of like a good girlfriend! Like, even in middle school when I had crushes, like, I’ve always been like kind of nice!”
Gigi’s snapchats combined with her claiming to be a “good girlfriend” begs us to question whether her relationship with Zayn is done for good. On another note, it’s a good excuse to watch/listen to Pillowtalk again 🙂
