20-year-old Jordan Hurdes from Wangaratta, Victoria is lucky to be alive after a bad decision to take a $25 ecstasy pill. His choice to consume a party drug for a bit of fun has left him with permanent jerking and a stutter with doctors unsure how long it will last.

In order to raise awareness on the dangers of party pills, Hurdes has uploaded a confronting video on Facebook displaying his spasms due to nerve or brain damage. He continues to express the impact it has had on himself, his family and his friends.

“Just please guys don’t get sucked in, it all seems like fun and games for a cheap $25 pill but it’s not worth it if I have to live like this it’s going to be a struggle for the rest of my life.”

The Facebook video is nearing a million views as the young Aussie pleads to be the stronger person and say no to drugs.
