Kanye West dropped his album The Life of Pablo today with the usual amount of fanfare. One lyric, however, caused quite the stir, pissing off Swift fans and one fan in particular, Taylor’s brother.
In “Famous”, a duet with Rihanna, Yeezy raps: “I feel like me and Taylor still might have sex. Why? ’Cause I made that bitch famous.”

It didn’t take long for fans to point out how flat out wrong Kanye is…
So no, Kanye did not make Swift famous.
The most epic shade came from Taylor Swift’s brother, posting a video of him throwing his Yeazy sneakers in the garbage bin. We commend you.
