In case you missed it, absolute scum – Brock Turner, received a way too short, 6 month sentence for sexually assaulting a woman in 2015. The father of the former Stanford University student claims his son shouldn’t have to pay such a “steep price” for “20 minutes of action out of his 20 plus years of life.” Clearly, having a brain doesn’t run in the family.

When the 20-year-old came across a woman so intoxicated she could barely stand up, he sexually assaulted her behind a dumpster. Two cyclists came across the act and quickly intervened.

According to the judge, a longer sentence would have a “severe impact on him” but in a heartbreaking letter, the victim described the “severe impact” it had on her.

The cast of GIRLS have released a video dedicated to the brave survivor of the Stanford case who they believe has given so much to change the conversation.
