Ever fantasised over Victoria Beckham doing a hip hop album but given yourself a reality check because there’s no way that would ever happen. Well it must be your lucky day because back in 2003 VB didn’t just collab on fashion with Roc-A-Fella co-founder Damon Dash.
Turns out the pair made demo tracks for Beckham’s unreleased hip-hop influenced album Come Together. The album was auctioned off on eBay and now some of them have made their way onto YouTube and SoundCloud.
Beckham, has come a long way to rebrand herself as a fashion icon that we hardly remember her as Posh Spice. Seeing this total other side to her almost as a J-Lo in a parallel universe is kinda weird but kinda exciting.
The album cover with VB in a cropped varsity jacket brings back early 00’s vibes. Feast your ears, and prepare yourself to get nostalgic about the goodness of 2003.
