To celebrate the finale of season 3 of Broad City which aired last night in the US, we’re rounding up our favourite fashion moments from season 3.
#1) That time Ilana wore a dog hoodie.
It took a little bit of prompting for Ilana to realise that her cute red crop jumper was, in fact, made for dogs, and those holes in the hood weren’t for her buns but instead dog ears. Still cute though.
#2) The NYC top
The girls switch places in this episode and have to share clothes, but the mesh NYC top manages to suit both of them and still look great.
#3) Ilana’s Perv hat
The hat makes an appearance throughout the first episode, and according to the costume designer, was actually custom made (and perfect for Ilana, if you ask me).
#4) Period Pants
It’s the kind of mishap literally every girl fears of, but iconically, this time it was on purpose. If you want to know why, you’ll have to watch the episode.
#5) An homage to ‘the dress’
In the opening montage for season 3, we watch Abbi and Ilana go through the motions in their respective bathrooms, a short cut making a joke about that ridiculous internet phenomena: the dress.
