1.The Proposal

This movie is awesome you laugh the first time you see it and the twenty-fifth. Starring Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock the good times keep rolling. It tells the tale of the forced engagement to save Bullock from deportation and the journey this entails.

2.What to expect when you’re expecting

This movie follows the journeys of five women and their journeys of getting families. The movie features Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Anna Kendrick and Brooklyn Decker. The interconnected story is full of laughs and comedy as the women’s journeys take different paths to becoming mums.

3.Friends with Benefits

Featuring Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis this movie looks at the ambiguity of the term friends with benefits and the way in which these two tackle it. Think awkward sex, New York City and hot people on the couch, a great entertainer.

4.This is where I leave you

This movie has an all-star cast and looks at the lives of a family after the death of the patriarch. If you are obsessed with Adam Driver post-Star Wars and Girls see him in a new light in this dark humoured comedy.

5.Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Picture Jason Segel in all his glory standing nude. Have I sold you yet? I didn’t think so. Watch Jason’s character fumble through the post break up phase in a tropical paradise with all the flair of any of the movies he stars in.

6.Wedding Singer

Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore take us back. In the hilarious journey of them falling for one another. This movie is all the things you expect from any early Sandler movie and watching these two in the retro outfits is the perfect mix of cringe and cute.

7.Four Christmases

Not exactly your typical Christmas movie this one follows the lives of Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon as they tackle Christmas day four times over with divorced parents. You will be in hysterics, at least, a few times in this one.

8.How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

Matthew McCconaughey, in his pre-Oscar days. A less serious McConaughey and Kate Hudson provide the goods. At the least you will get to watch hot people be hot and at the most you will have a laugh along the way.

9.Just go With it

Okay, so this is a cringe piece on Sandler’s behalf because well we all know he gave up on anything that involved effort in the mid-2000s but our girl Jennifer Aniston is funny as ever. This movie follows the story of Sandler and Aniston as they try to ride out a lie and end up falling for each other.

10.Easy A

So this is basically Emma Stone’s debut into a lead role and she rocks it. This movie follows the story of Stone as she deals with sexuality and high school and the drama the coming together of the two entail. The witty one-liners and comedic undertone keep you entertained all the way through.
